I think they only use the live auctioneer when they allow floor bidders, which is once per quarter, I think.

 

I'm annoyed at myself for not trying harder on that cap 4 signed by kirby. Oh well. Wonder if someone here got it.

Most of the books I was interested in this go round shot past what I was willing to pay, but I picked up this consolation prize this afternoon:

Yes...I guess $4,040 per lot was a bit high...also disappointed that the superman cover reserve was too high....

Thanks. The tug of war surprised me because the title doesn't usually sell above guide. Maybe somebody else was trying to fill a hole in a run.
