VG+. Would be a chunk higher if not for the small chip out of bottom right corner of cover. The wrinkles are the scanner light reflecting off the bag, not wrinkles on the comic.

 

$150 SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL IN THE USA. For Canada, whatever it costs for priority mail. Paypal preferred (preferably today -- I have the book with me in the office, so I could stick it in the mail today).
