They aren't the MMPR...but they're based on Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan. Which was one of the seasons of Sentai that had a little involvement from Marvel. These issue shouldn't count for anything because all they did was take the Sun Vulcan suits and use them. Agreed that it's still cool.

Power Rangers is just Super Sentai cut up with added American scenes. So an argument can be made that those books featuring that team are of importance.

Yes, but that Zetraman book only uses the costumes of a Sentai team. It's probably used as parody/homage as I doubt they had an official license from Toei to use them. Sun Vulcan aired in the early 80s. Power Rangers adapts Super Sentai seasons from Zyuranger (which aired in 1992) onward.

I believe Power Rangers: Saga #1 is undervalued. Wouldn't this be the first appearance of the fan favorite Tommy Oliver/ Green Ranger?

Saban's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Hamilton Comics) was published in Dec 1994. Two publications were earlier.

Sentai #2 (April 1994), and Disney Adventures #6 (also April 1994). The Power Rangers appear on both covers.

I don't think you can include the Disney book, it's a photo cover.  Sentai is a comic cover.
