Wertham wasn't right about much, and the few that he was maybe right about aren't typically my kind of comic...but I can't pass up any classic at a giveaway price.  Found this one hiding in plain sight recently

It's reusing the Baker art from this US cover (scan pilfered from ebay; not my copy).
I've never seen that CDNP either -- very cool!

The editorial changes are funny too -- the criminal has lost all of his threatening dialogue, and instead of the racy femme fatale in the background, the artist added a half-hearted picture on the wall to fill the space. (That last one was a particularly poor tradeoff.)

I would class FAC on that borderline of Crime and Horror, much like Crime Suspenstories by EC.

Nevertheless this is my first Crime Title purchase for a long time.
