tth2
Does anyone know if Don Rosa's personal copy of all his Gladstone creations are in the Don Rosa collection? Also, does anyone know the status of all the Barks books that were in his collection?
Jeffreykli
I don't recall seeing any of the Disney or Gladsone books at San Diego. It might be that there was only so much space for the collection, or perhaps I missed them.
jim1968
As always I dont have a scanner! But I got a copy of the 1st Donald Duck book and San Diego, Whitman 1935. It was a solid G+/VG copy, a little bit of crayon. Still it's one of the kings of "Duck" books! Also I think we have to add to this list, even though it isn't a duck book, the Feature Book "Pluto Saves the Ship". It has the 1st comic book art by Carl Barks. That's a tough book to find in any condition. Mine's only VG.

The Black Hand ®
Every panel a little masterpiece. If I had to pick the comics that made me start to think that comic books were really an art form, it would be Bark's ducks.

tb
This CGC 9.0 copy is for sale since I upgraded a while back. Anyone seriously interested can look up the price at Heritage - highest graded copy they've sold. No bargains, sorry; one of my favorite covers and I am not in any rush to sell.
