Not really looking for a grade, just some advice.

 

The comic in the photo has a nick in the corner (circled in red), if it everything else is as it should be, would it grade for a 9.4? I ask because I ordered this off eBay and the seller says it would be a 9.4 but I'm not sure how much this nick would take away from it's grade value.

looks to be a bindery tear which is often considered a mfging defect. Haven't seen the book or print run to comment

 

I have another green ranger issue along with 5 other ranger variants and they all seem to have not so much a nick but a nub in the corner where this nick is.
