It was a pleasure meeting everyone, well worth the 45 minute drive to Long Beach. The food was excellent and Steve Borock picked out an incredible wine, and was a real mensch. I'm happy to report that Rick (Deathlok) is a much mellower guy than his board persona would indicate, and has an incredibly well-behaved young son.

My apologies for not attending as intended. I was involved in a minor accident on the 405/710 transition. L.A. county should really impose the "no talking on the mobile phone" while driving law.

 

I was really looking forward to meeting the board members. Maybe next time at SD or if anyone is attending the April 10 con at the L.A. auditorium?
