I don't think it's a 2nd print. Might be the first print, indeed a variant.

Just looked into it.  It is a reprint.  Published a month after the the trade dress version.

I usually like to see at least 3 sales to get some inkling of value, even with the rarest books.

Admittedly, sometimes a book is too rare for its own good.
