Even harder to finagle is the Hot Toys Hulkbuster that lets an entire Mark 43 figure fit inside.  Whoo, boy, the reviews on working the parts on that guy make me feel like I would need a mechanical engineering degree to play with it at all.  

 

I was eyeing off the ThreeZero Hulkbuster set too, but I quickly dismissed it for the pure cost aspect (plus I don't trust ThreeZero when it comes to fragility issues). Had this been a few years ago I would have been all over it.

Why's that?  I haven't owned anything from them yet nor heard much.  Which figures of theirs have had QC issues?

I've heard a lot of stories about their figures being fragile over the years. I only own one product of theirs, their recent Transformers Bumblebee figure, and it's got a stuck neckpost, meaning I can't swap heads. The figure doesn't feel terribly sturdy, which is fine for a display piece, which all my stuff is, but not when there's swappable parts involved. The head it's stuck with is the one I preferred though, so it's not a big deal.

Like the Cobra Bunker, I've waited quite some time for one.  I'd love to see a diorama with a bunch of them.   I typically see them with broken pegs and accessories.  

Like other mini sets, a ton of playability and display potential. Some of the weapons seem to be set too high.

Sweet! This one is high on my list. I've been trying to put together a collection of all of the battle stations, complete with boxes. I've got 7 or 8 of them so far. I try to pick up a couple at every Joe show. So much great playability.

These are all that remain of my OO Star Wars figures.  I sold my original case stuffed full with all my complete figures back in the ‘90s

 

Not sure which one, but here they are back in the day getting some screen time with Solo

Man, those Mario/DK stickers are awesome. 

The SW cards did go up during the pandemic and Disney was dropping new TV series.  Basically went from very little worth to a bit of something. 

I haven't kept up, but i wouldn't be surprised if they came back down to earth.

I've got a third party TMNT Leonardo figure, called 'Sprig'. Well, technically my American friend has it. You see you had to pay for it in 2 instalments. It wasn't until the 2nd that they did the shipping and whatnot, and that's when they showed what countries they'd ship to, and for some stupid reason, Australia was NOT on the list. They'd ship to New Zealand, which is right next door, and bloody Afghanistan (!!) but not Australia, so my friend kindly had it shipped to him in the States. 

It arrived today, and here's a couple of photos of it. It stands 5 inches high, and it looks alright. Doesn't look as good as I was expecting from the proto shots, but I'm not about to write it off just yet. Because I got in early I also got the bonus pack with an extra head.
