The guy had been asking for partials and sellers were giving them. He had no way to know it was a faux pas. Now he knows. Now he has apologized. Now we wait and see, giving him his deserved second chance. The end.

 

A 12 year old boy used this same strategy and ended up in the Hall of Shame.

Harassment seems too general.

Trolling works as well but you (general you) can troll a whole thread or an entire board as well as a specific person.
