I was hoping this would go a tad lower so I could do one more upgrade on mine but alas the bidders always show in the end on these. I should've had more ballz (or sense!) when I could've grabbed a CGC 6.5 for $900 last year.

This book has been undervalued for so long, it's about time.  Still I think there's plenty of room for it to grow given it's significance.

If this was a first print, that $85 BIN would have been hit within the first 5 minutes of it being posted given that even rag tag torn copies are fetching for at least $300 - $400 nowadays.

Received book- I think the lighting in the pics made the spine look bad, but in hand the book is stunning  🤩 very excited.

Yeah, I was tracking those but got sucked into work and missed the end.  That 24 was a steal.  The 25 seemed about right for an 8.0 and the 23, well... "Prices vary widely on this book".
