That's it for the Jo-Jo's, Jungles and Zoots and such. I will possibly be back in the morning with some other, mostly smaller books, not in the jungle family.

There is a lot of great stuff here <3 . Honestly, in many ways, this represents the best good girl cover art of the golden age and the Fox books, I think, have the best interior art as well :gossip: . I have loved owning these and I still have held onto a few of the gems. But, a few of the gems are here as well.

Some fab books there Rick :applause:

I really believe, especially in the case of the Jungles, it is the most affordable most satisfying book out there. I mean, you can buy a nice 7.0-8.0 book for under $200. In some cases $150. The best value damsel in distress title out there. Same stuff in a Planet from the same area would be 3X that. I think these are undervalued in the market right now.

Jungle Comics 47- A sad thing here- This is a TOUGH Jungle in high grade and a desirable one. This book is gorgeous, BUT it is like someone took a blade to it and it sliced into the front cover and 3/4 through the book. I don't know what happened. If I did it I feel awful. I do not remember the book looking this way when I bought it. Well, get a book that was $350 for $80 if you want.

I find it bit strange that the printer would go ahead with the size of panels on the pages. These panels are about 75% than normal size, leaving plenty of space on bottom. (shrug)

That story is a reprint of the original that appeared in http://www.comics.org/issue/263260/cover/4/ , a pulp magazine with different aspect ratio for publication.

They probably couldn't reformat to fit the comic book dimensions too much and had to go with this awkward fit / appearance.

Yeah? lol believe it or not, I actually have this pulp magazine here! Like what you posted this link. Well, that explains the odd printing.
