check the promotion limits , here is one that ebay sent to me

 

"The Promotion excludes listings created prior to activating the offer and listings with a start date prior to, or after the Promotion Period."

that's all well and good, but then they shouldn't say NO FEE when i submit the listing. i would not be complaining if a fee popped up when i tried to schedule it for a later start date. who the hell reads the fine print if it says "NO FEE" when you submit it? Who would think they'd bill me later for this??
