I saw this on the back cover of some books in a sales thread here. Anyone ever see these boxes in the wild?

I remember seeing them in a Drugstore window...5 books for 50 cents...who had that

kind of money to spend on CLASSIC COMICS?

 

I believe the extra 9 cents was for Postage & Handling.
