Young Justice Season 3 was a massive hit on the DC Universe platform, and ever sense Season 4 was announced at San Diego Comic Con 2019, fans have been desperate for any morsel of information that may hint at what is to come in the Young Justice universe. While details have been sparse on season 4 we may have finally gotten a small hint at the upcoming plot as a leaked production photo has revealed the shows subtitle.

Based on the photo we can see that Season 4 is tentatively titled YOUNG JUSTICE: PHANTOMS.

The image was posted on social media and almost immediately which only further supports its legitimacy. We did edit the picture the name and position of the individual listed on the promotional material.

Now that we know the title of the season will be Phantoms, we must ask ourselves what this means for the story. My prediction, when we talk about Phantoms in media we are usually referring to not actual phantoms but “ghosts from our past.” So I think it’s safe to assume that Young Justice season 4 will heavily involve past acquaintances coming back into the fold to either confront or join our heroes. We already know of one such phantom, waiting in the wings, as Jason Todd was teased early on in Season 3 of Young Justice, as a member of the League of Assassins.

As many have speculated for some time and Bleeding Cool's been covering since news broke that Swamp Thing would be ending after only one well-received season, all of the original content on DC Universe will make the move over to WarnerMedia's new streaming service, HBO Max (which already shared Doom Patrol with the streaming service).

"The original content that is on DCU is migrating to HBO Max. Truthfully, that's the best platform for that content. The amount of content you get, not just DC , but generally from WarnerMedia, is huge and it's the best value proposition if I'm allowed to use that marketing term. We feel that is the place for that."

This means Titans and Young Justice would also be making the move, with Stargirl possibly splitting homes between the streaming service and The CW.

As for those who also utilize the service for access to a pretty expansive catalog of comic book titles, Lee is asking subscribers to stay tuned because more news on that is on the way: "In regards to the community and experience that DCU created, and all the backlist content, something like 20.000 to 25,000 different titles, and the way it connected with fans 24-7, there is always going to be a need for that. So we're excited to transform it and we'll have more news on what that will look like. It's definitely not going away."

After the surprising return to the DC Universe service more than five years after it was originally canceled, Young Justice is continuing its revival with a fourth season coming to HBO Max — and now we have an update on the status of the new episodes. Young Justice: Outsiders premiered on DC Universe in 2019, reviving the popular Cartoon Network series that was canceled way too soon. While it's been a while since the third season ended, it sounds like we won't have to wait too long for Young Justice Season 4 to premiere on the new streaming service.

According to producer Greg Weisman, there are quite a few episodes of Young Justice Season 4 that are already finished. Progress is currently underway on the remainder of the series.

Episode 2 is another solid showing from a series I have enjoyed immensely.

Martian Manhunter, Superboy, Miss Martian, Aqualad, Nightwing. So many characters that come together so wonderfully to tell engaging stories.

:applause:
