Get rid of popups from flyovers. 0

Can we please make it so that when I drag my cursor across the screed and it just touches someone's name, that their info & picture don't pop up on the screen?

Flyovers like that are almost as annoying as videos that start playing without any input from the user.

THANK YOU!  Also the red popup telling us what each forum section does is incredibly annoying and pointless.  If someone is new and doesn't know what Comics General or Gold Comics are they will figure it out in about 5 minutes of looking at threads.  Seeing the red popups everywhere is like being forced to sit through a welcome tutorial every five minutes.

You do have to hover over the name for 1 second before their info pops up.  Then you don't have to wait for a whole other page to load just to send them a PM.  I like how it is now.

It does seem slower to happen now.
