On Jan 31, posted "i'll take..." in my $3 thread.  Sent him a PM on Jan 31 with total and payment instructions (was never read).

On Feb 6, sent him an email (he included his email address in his only other post) asking for payment; no response.

On Feb 28th, sent a separate PM stating my intention of adding him to Probation List if he didn't follow through by today; no response.
