Just one pic everything else seems okay..is this able to be removed or will this be deducted for the overall grade saying everything else is 9.8.

Are you talking about the "dirt" by the staple?? I'm curious too, because I bought a Ms Marvel #17 that is mostly a white cover as well that "looks" dirty like that.....

Could be dirt, but most likely is color rub. It can easily be removed.
