Nice!  Never knew this book was so difficult in semi-HG when I purchased my copy shortly after discovering GGA about 13/14 years ago. I think I got lucky there, especially when considering how long it took me to get a decent copy of Seven Seas #4.

Only 4 on census,  3 universal. This is the highest graded unrestored. Supposedly one of the rarer issues.  I actually only bought it because it seemed cheap considering.
