I don't think this is exactly a flip, more just shady. The descriptions are exactly the same too.

Is there a hype train if the art isn't selling? If I decide to put up a squirrel girl page for 50K does it imply squirrel girl hype if no one buys it

If these unsold pages are a hype train, at the very least that train is just stuck at the station and not running anywhere
