Does this older CGC label look okay? 0

This is a book I might purchase online, but I'm not very knowledgable when it comes to older cases and I'm concerned the label looks a little off. The stripe pattern in the light blue area concerns me the most; I thought it might be something like a moiré effect or digital artifact in the picture itself but I haven't seen them in any other photos of older labels I've looked at. I'm probably just being overly cautious, but I figure I'd rather ask now than after buying it.
