bisquitodoom
The more I use it, the more I like it. Great job on this! I can't imagine how long it took to put together, but I'll certainly use it a lot. The only suggestion I have is that it would be really nice if it also included CAF classified postings. GotSuperPowers?
One thing that keep catches me about the site is that when at the home page or a search result, the search box i immediately in focus. It means when I go to arrow down on my laptop keyboard I'm not able to move down the page as I expect. I can on all other sites that I can think of. Otherwise, I think I'm about to make my first purchase due to using the site, so thank you, thank you, thank you! Simon

Thanks for your feedback Simon, I never thought about it as I easily and naturally use the touchpad to scroll down... but I think you're right and this autofocus is neither necessary nor desirable in this case. I removed it, now you can scroll down using your keyboard without cursing me every time you open the home page

I'm gonna need to take a moment to just soak in this emotion. understatement of the the century man, hell I unchecked everything and then did a search for "please inquire" just to enjoy the serenity of a blank white screen. Twanj
It would be useful to give different weight to different search terms, some stuff I wanted more was way at the end of the list.

I second this! It seems like a lot of art that I miss gets bought and sold on CAF.
NicoV
It seems that ComicConnect blacklisted my server... Don't know if they did it on purpose or not , but I knew CAT could bother some websites...

I would not be surprised to see more sites that are professionally run do the same.

BCarter27
My guess is their CDN is just doing it automatically without their knowledge. If anyone is friendly with the folks at CC, ask them to whitelist CAT and explain what a good tool it is for their sales!
Hekla
great job Nico - I found a few pieces I didn't know existed. Question: if no results are found then the screen turns up blank - is that correct? if so, it would be helpful to have a simple 'no results found'. the first couple of times I wondered if my connection timed out and did a second search. Anyway, I'm really cautious to not heavily query any website. For instance ComicConnect: I only open 3 pages every 3 hours... 1 hour ago, artistlost said: Not sure why any of these sites would do that. It seems like free advertising. That's also why I launched CAT in beta, to see if there was any issue with professionals. I don't think it would upset any dealer or artist, but it could be different with auction houses or marketplaces. 23 minutes ago, Hekla said: great job Nico - I found a few pieces I didn't know existed. I too would be surprised if many would then block you - your site is a great tool for collectors and drives business to them for free (I imagine that is your plan anyway). Matches_Malone
Great Job! Truly amazing Website. Very Very Helpful. The downside is that I've been reminded how much art the Donnely's have. Edited September 28, 2017 by Matches_Malone Typo
