It starts off with (tales of the crypt #34) and its combined with (crime suspenstories #15) . There is no cover on either and I'm think its a mistake but it looks like a duel book combo.. A lot of them (particularly on the page 3 of the link) were double-issue reprint of CrimeSuspensStories and Tales from Crypt.
