exactly how much is a CGC 9.0 X-Men #10 worth

I think bob storms told me that X-Men #10 was the most common X-Men book in high grade but I need a nice copy for my set. I guess what I'm asking is why does this guy keep listing this copy and it doesn't sell? What is a VF/NM #10 worth anyway?

I definetly wouldn't pay more than $250. Or you could wait for a 9.2 for $400-$500.

It is definitely the most plentiful early issue.

It was the first one that there was a ton of in high grade form the KDK warehouse in the 80s/90s
