This house uses LIFO accounting.

As long as it involves seeing Way of Water, there will be those requiring turning in your comic book fan card. They are hardcore!

I really don't get the hate for Avatar #1 (shrug)

I loved it - pure storytelling with action and heart - if this one is better, then I'm going to love it as well  :wishluck:

Avatar really was a great movie.

Avatar really was a great movie.

I liked Avatar, visually it was spectacular and groundbreaking.  Story was average at best.  I saw it once in the theaters, and was glad I did.  Never felt the need to see it again.

This.

It was fun visual spectacle. To see once.

But the story was derivative - predicable and boring.

"Dances with Smurfs" was accurate.

Or, as my buddy put it: "Fern Gully - To the Extreme!"

One time I told a state trooper “Jesus done it again” when the water in my cup holder turned out to be wine but to bring the dead back to life?  Cameron done it again.

I know. Initially when I heard of their return, I thought, "How?"

But remember what some miss when they proclaim this is just Pocahontas: the movie name being 'Avatar'.

With the concept of a human transferring their conscience into a lab-generated entity, there is also the possibility of a dying human transfer.

I wonder if that is the concept here. You know - just like in Pocahontas.

I'm still determined to try and see this Tuesday as a prescreen.

Never seen the first, although it IS on ABC tonight. Starting now at 6pm central.

Estimated 3 and a half ours itself lol

It's not what I thought, I presumed it was all blue people, here at the beginning I'm getting the gist.

Pocahontas was better!

At least Pocahontas had good music!
