Met a couple of years ago at a con and he's a hoot. 

Had him sign a few

Try and imagine a “Madmen-type” streaming series based on comic book publishing in the late 1960s at Marvel with Steranko as one of the main characters along with Lee, Kirby, Adams, and the rest of the bullpen. Then imagine the rivalry with DC Comics and how they battled for comic book supremacy. Really cool!

Way back in the day, that was the first book that I bought a second copy so I could see it in all its glory.

Only 18 months late in responding - the 2001 collection had this 4 page panel as two fold outs so you could at last view in its entirety;

That's how Jim sold it to Stan. He brought it in and Stan hated it! Then he said that kids would have to buy 2 copies to see the whole thing and Stan all of a sudden loved it!

I loved this collection, as I finally got to see all of Jim's stuff in 1 book. He was not a fan of the coloring.  I can see where he was coming from.
