Will the grade appear (change to) on the invoice online or will I have to wait and find out the grade when they arrive?  Thanks.

you will be able to see the grade online within your "my submissions" page by clicking on the invoice number.  The grades will only be visible when your submission goes to shipped / safe which is the last phase of the process (verified, scheduled for grading, graded, graded / quality control, shipped safe).  The time it takes to get to each phase will vary by the service level you submitted under.
