Ranking the best superhero movies of all time

I've done this on and off over the years, but in trying to decide how Black Panther rates against other films it's time to put more thought into it.  How do the best superhero films of all time stack up against each other?  I'm interested in feedback in my current ranks or seeing your own rankings.

I expect to shuffle the order beyond the top four in the near future, but for now here's where I'm at:

  1. The Dark Knight
  2. Spider-Man 2
  3. Batman Begins
  4. Logan
  5. Iron Man
  6. Avengers 
  7. Captain America: Civil War
  8. The Dark Knight Rises
  9. Black Panther
  10. X-Men: First Class

Bottom 5 Recent big budget Super-hero movies. 

5. Amazing Spider-Man (Never saw the 2nd, mis-cast)

4. Spider-Man 3 (Embarrassing)

3. Hulk (Unwatchable now, Hulk looks like a Green Stay Puff-Marshmallow-man )

2. X-Men Last Stand (Silly and dumb across the board. Maybe the worst Big Budget Superhero to date)

1. FF Reboot (I feel sorry for everyone involved)

Looks like I'm in the minority, but I think Dr. Strange is the best of the recent wave of Marvel

Batman Begins, The Avengers , Iron Man and the original Superman fill out my Top Five.

I give props to Superman because without it, we are watching 1960s MMS cartoons geared to ten year olds.

the rest just blend in after that

 

I based my list on rewatchability, the movies above i can watch over and over again without any issue or need to forward, stop etc.  they are in no particular order but the Dark Knight is definitely #1

 

I will say that the Hellboy movies are super creative, and I would probably add GOTG, The Wolverine and Kickass if I went up to 15
