Mac Man
thanks Cap! Not as exciting as some of the other beauties posted after mine (Tilt--love those two esp. 121!). But, I'm happy to have secured this solid midgrade copy.
october
Both great books but I really like this cover. Very nice. Gotta check this series out in my photoguide. It's a great little series, and nothing beats #8...though tough as nails to find in any shape.

Its as if the artists were competing to draw THE worst Hitler cover. Its funny, if I show my friends a copy of Spiderman or Fantastic Four or any Silver to current comic they kinda look at it and yawn but if I show them a classic WW2 cover they usually get it. Thanks for posting that issue.
MCMiles
Andy, those Headline Comics are just plain Bad Azz. I would love to own a copy of the #8 one day. Here are two of several nice BA books I picked up from Midway Comics (Headband guy) in Chicago.
llll-migration
. Good gravy, you've literally cornered the love market. Yes, it was a huge score at a good rate. I already have most of them. I'll cherry-pick for hole-fillers and upgrades - then sell the rest individually on ebay. I should end up with a nice, tidy profit to boot. I'm particularly proud of these HTF high-grade early 1960's Charltons. Edited July 3, 2008 by llll
october
Thanks Mike. Nice Conan 1, looks like I got to Headband Guy a little too late.

llll-migration
Selegue; Thank you. (Praise from Caeser) I'll tell you, the ones laid out on the pool table were tucked away in ebay's "collections" ghetto and overlooked by my main competition. Plus the auctions ended in the middle of a Monday. I absolutely caught a lucky price break.
