Great stuff.  Saw those advertised in pence copy Marvels distributed on the newsstand over here to the UK, really wanted them, had no idea how to get hold of them.

Just before a local bookstore started selling imported cent Marvel comics they got that entire run in, and I bought them.

Technically the first non-distributed American comics I ever bought.  Silver Surfer softcover graphic novel as well.

Heck yea! I love the Fireside books.

Scooped up my copy of this big boy yesterday. Slightly smaller than some of the Kirby and Steranko volumes I have, which was a bit of a surprise.

Well it's looking downright diminutive there!  Still the largest book I have, by far.  Not sure where to put it.  I really would have preferred it be the slightly smaller Jim Lee size so I could put them side by side without triggering myself.

Haven?t heard about the Gallery Edition. Anyone know the details and where to buy?

Gallery Editions are the same as Artist Editions, simply a different publisher (there may be size differences, too). I'd advise buying directly from Graphitti Designs, here, as I have not seen any aftermarket prices that are lower than direct:

Graphitti Designs - Gallery Edition

There are 2 different TDKR versions, so make sure that you order the correct one that you want, if you do in fact order one.

The reduced price copies (kelly jones) I picked up are here. https://www.ebay.com/str/torpedocomics

still some available. Downside is shipping is 15 per book, but even then the net was lower than main website.

Best reviewer for Artist Editions in general with ample samples is here https://aeindex.org/reviews/batman-kelley-jones-gallery-edition/

I like it.  Seems to be 13x20.  Sadly, that's a bit larger than most of my IDW artist's edition and yet smaller than my new McFarlane.

I was lucky enough to meet Kelley at two cons, and I made sure I was in his line early both times. The first time, I had to get Bats. The second time, it was a toss up between Deadman and Swamp Thing, and I'm glad I went with Swampie, because I LOVE this sketch. If I get lucky enough to run into him a third time, Deadman is definitely up next!

My copy of Fantastic Four: Full Circle by Alex Ross arrived today, and I got a really nice surprise. I managed to get the Previews exclusive, slipcased limited edition version, limited to 3000 copies. My LCS said they'd try for that for me, but basically no chance of me getting it, but they came through!

Here's the exclusive print it comes with, followed by an interior page just to show what the book is like.

If anyone intends on ordering from Graphitti Designs: I received an email this morning that they are closed until October 12th. Your card will not be charged until that day, and your order would also be shipped on that day.

Ah, so someone does have cheaper versions of the regular editions!

I couldn't/can't find the TDKR variant edition for cheaper than $175, though.

Well now I need one...

This is Alex Ross' first (full-series) interior work since Justice, right?

I believe Avengers/Invaders was in between, but could be wrong on the timing there, as I never bought that one.

Did he do any interior artwork for that series? All I've seen are covers and some writing.

He did, yeah.

Edit: Didn't he? I just checked a random issue online, and I couldn't see much I recognised as his. I never read it when it was out, but I thought he was the big draw on it, on art duties. I must be wrong.
