Here's a scan of one of my favorite books for your viewing pleasure. This was a special issue with 96 pages, all of which have survived in the most amazing white color I have ever seen from this period. I bought this book on eBay in 1999 as a total gamble: seller had 0 feedback and picture was stampsized. Right edge didn't fit on scan but is just as nice as the rest.
