We will be facilitating STAR TREK LV July 31 thru August 4, 2019

Note that we may not be able to attend the entire convention.  Some guests sometimes are only available for single "off" days when we may not be there. We will do our best.  Please understand.

 

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST!

All items must be delivered and in-hand by July 26.

This is a mail-in only facilitation. This means that we will be unable to accept items at the convention, or witness signatures for items that people bring to the convention.

WITNESS & PREP FEES

Celebrities

The first celebrity signature witness fee is $25. The witness fee for the same celebrity on a customer’s subsequent item is $15 per signature. Over-sized items require a negotiated amount in advance. For more than three new signatures added to a comic, add $5 for each signature after the third to cover CGC costs.

Pricing does not include the guest autograph charges. Please refer to the website for guest charges. Also, note that the published rates may vary from those posted at the time the event begins.  It happens, foplks.

If a private signing is necessary, or if a signer limits the number of items, has limited availability, or has inordinately long lines additional fees may apply.

Prep:

Cracking slabs: $5 each.

Window bag prep: $5 each.

Fill out CGC submission form on behalf of customer: $10 per CGC Tier.

 

CGC SUBMISSIONS

Your Account 

You will be invoiced by CGC and the books will be returned directly to you without incurring any additional witness fees; except, there will be an additional $10 fee each for completing SS submission form (per tier) on your behalf if not provided by you. 

Our Account 

Grading costs charged to you according to the requisite CGC Tier.

Miscellaneous CGC Charges

Multiple signature charge after the first 3 new signatures is $5 per additional signature per book (mentioned above).

CGC handling fee of $8 for each submission form (basically, per tier).

Fast Track add $10 per book.

For domestic destinations, return shipping by CGC is $14 for the first book and $3 for each additional book, per each submission form. Alternate forms of shipping are available at additional cost. International shipping will be handled on a case by case basis.

Payment to be made in advance. Preferred payment is Money Order or personal check, please. NO PAYPAL.
