I can understand when a lesser book has a full page ad for a huge book. But notating a huge book has a full page ad for a much lesser book is just weird to me.

It is but I’m still glad CGC does it. All Star #1 may not be as important but it’s still a notable book.

Who says All-Star #1 is a much lesser book than all those run of the mill johnny come lately super hero books.  

It's just a matter of being patient and all of these so much tougher to find pre-hero books will eventually have their day in the sun one of these centuries.

I love All Star #1! But dude, it can stay in the sun until the cows come home and it's never going to reach the same stratosphere as All American #16.

Another book I’m interested in seeing the final price on is the 5.0 Cap #74. If 3.0’s are in the 10k range now what’s the 5.0 going to do

After listening to some posters on Cap #74 prices I looked up some recent

numbers on GPA.

CGC 3.0 C/OW $5400.00 6/23/2019

CGC 3.5 OW $9500.00 6/2/2019

CGC 4.5 OW/W $12,000.00 2/18/2019

  

 

Since the 3.0 and 3.5 are so recent (this month) its a pretty big gap between the two prices for half a grade and only slightly better PQ. So either the 3.0 was a deal or the 3.5 was over priced for someone. The 5.0 should be at least 13k to 15 or 16?

AA16  is a top grail book for me.  I will most likely never own a copy but, at least I can window shop.

It's a book that's been on everyone's radars for years, but has appreciated at a drastic rate over the past 5 or so. The 3.0 definitely seems like a deal in comparison to the 3.5, no doubt.

I remember passing on a 7.5 a while back; I don't remember the exact price, but I know it went for way below $10K.
