What happened?X-men 4 - first appearance of Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver and Brotherhood of Mutants sells for $2700. Any input on this? Why so low?

This site has visibility to best offer accepted prices, so I use it rather than eBay's sold listings page. 

I paid 10k even for my 8.5 about a month ago. So I guess this sale of 10.5k makes me feel a little better about my purchase. Now just hoping this book climbs in value as the years roll on.
