Can anyone explain why this book is getting so much heat lately??

It's a very nice 7.5, but that's 9.0/9.2 money.

I was the under bidder on this book. I think you did quite well price wise, there's a lot of movement in this title currently, Dr Strange is only gathering traction in the MCU. And this book is 1 of 3, 4?? It's hen's teeth at this uber grade, well done!

Thanks! Underrated in my opinion as it's the first 'full' Dr. Strange cover. All of his previous cover appearances are split/halved/shared with the other Strange Tales headliner. Add the fact that it's a Ditko cover, and his last on the character he co created and its a winner all around

Long time board member Steve Filosa used to own the 'Nick Fury' run of Strange Tales comics #135-168 from the Massachusetts pedigree collection. He later consigned them for sale at auction, and I won a few of them. They were later dispersed to the collecting community, also via auction. They were sweet books:
