First off, I absolutely love that front cover! And I want to give it an additional +1 grade just for the hilarious ad on the back. But grading this one is tough for me due to the taped spine (and top cover?). Throw out a 2.0 and let others correct me, as I could be significantly off in either direction.

Its definitely one of the more interesting (and dated) back cover ads

I was at 4.0 as the tape I think will affect it and the BC is much rougher than the FC which looks nice. its got Spine Roll, stain on BC and interior pages, pencil, and chips.

I'm so curious about the tape and how CGC would grade. I may just have to send it off.

I think 2.5 - 3.0 is a fair grade for this book...

Hope you do and then post the results. I love all pre-code horror books. Especially with killer covers. And that Jack Kirby cover art is classic!
