I agree with you in that in the early days everyone was about doing whatever to make the show a success.

Even with the Lena Headey 'Shame Walk' scene it came out later that was a body double (Rebecca Van Cleave).

Only the actress Maisy Williams went the other way and wanted to break away from Arya Stark's younger days. She dove into doing a nude scene finally.

He'll be right back to answer. Had to visit the throne. Maybe he will use some of those blank book pages for paper.
