Suggestion...dont give a grade you think as this could sway people to just agree with you.

Bottom looks like there is splitting. Spine has some heavy wear, especially at the staples. As a conservative grader, I would be around 3.0-3.5 but I have been known to be too light sometimes.

I can see a 3.5 depends on how severe that splitting is of the cover on the bottom. cant see from the pics.
