Open it up and check the spine, get a high powered blacklight and check it in the dark, look at it at an angle in daylight. Even if does have resto, nice book! Seems to be ok. when I bought it, I checked the inside cover, where If there is color touch, it generally bleeds through. Any other tips to check for color touch? comicginger1789 Posted January 27, 2020 Share Posted January 27, 2020 Flaws I see include a couple spine ticks, light scuffing or whatever at bottom of spine and that tiny edge tear and ding in the third and fourth pics. 9.0 seems the high end I feel. I don't know that a 9.2-9.4 would be allowed with those two minor flaws on the leading edge of the book. A shame because without them, it has 9.4-9.6 potential.
