I was leaning 6.0 then saw the water damage at the back top.

i was thinking 5.5 as i scrolled down the scans, but if the stain goes through the whole book, more like a 5.0.

Great minds think alike. I think it looks great and will return with a 5.5

 

Now that the gradings over, I gotta ask WTF if everybody's got two copies of FF4 why the heck don't you guys share the wealth. Don't you love us?

Having owned and slabbed a 5.0 I'd say this is a 4.5 given the stains and the huge chip? at the back. Still I just love that book.
