ASM #252 pressing question 0

Hey everyone! First time posting.
So I recently acquired this ASM #252 CGC graded 9.4.It was graded almost 20 years ago, so I’d be under the impression it probably wasn’t pressed (I could be wrong). Does anyone think I may be able to get this bumped up to a 9.6 or 9.8 if I resubmit to have pressed and graded again?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is the top edge of the back cover somewhat worn, with a small scuff in the middle? If so, I'd leave it alone.

Personally I'd leave it be but, I like the old cases
