This issue isn't worth selling with all the small defects added up...i.e. ink-breaking spine ticks and scratches, finger bends and indentations, wear on the spine, and a horizontal tracing line or edge bend on the bottom of the back. It also features the return of Thor. I believe this comic to be in Fine/Very Fine condition, or better. There is imperceptible blunting of the spine corners, as well as one or two spine stress creases/ticks barely break the ink. The front cover shows a small indentation to the right of the bottom staple that may or may not break the ink. I believe this comic to be in Very Fine minus condition, or better. There are no staples to worry about. There is light blunting of the spine corners (the bottom one has some light edge wear near it) and no spine stress creases/ticks to speak of. The front cover shows an edge bend to the left of the blue box, with a finger bend/wrinkle right below it. The upper right corner of the front cover and the bottom left corner of the back cover are slightly bent. The latter barely shows a break in the ink. Both spine bindings show a few spots of very light ink breakage from being read. The upper part of the front cover shows an imperceptible bend crease (not a full bend) that doesn’t appear to break the ink. The front cover also has a UPC sticker (which a lot of copies did have) that is ‘crunched’ on one end. I chose not to remove it and risk doing more damage by cleaning it off. This is how the book was sold.
