This cover looks familiar, though there were many a cowboy with head injury firing a gun covers on western pulps. Here's two others I have, and in this case I strongly prefer the blue version. It's one of my favorite books. I see they recolored her hair, and I just noticed in the previous one the bandana around his neck swapped the yellow and blue as well!
