Keep in mind, I sold the majority of my collection 5+ years ago. I am now putting back together a 2.0 version. Some of the books will never be replaced.

That is my major concern. If - for example - I sell my 9.0 CGC copy of Batman #251, which I bought for under $120 in 2012, how am I to replace it? Same book is fetching $1,000 now. I will not sell books that cannot be easily replaced. Not unless offered "crazy money" for them.

Money is becoming worthless and so everyone is raising the prices on these comic books. It's ridiculous that Adams covers w/o interior art are beginning to command mid to high triple digits just for the covers alone.
