This issue has a fond memory attached to it. Growing up, it was just me and my older sister. She read Archies and Harvey titles Richie Rich etc. I had my Marvel and DC horror and she knew how I liked them. So one day she comes home with this issue of Vampire Tales. I ask if it’s for me and she says no it’s hers, and look, it’s got Lilith Dracula’s daughter in it! I was like come on, you never read this stuff! We were constantly teasing each other as most siblings do but she knew how much I wanted it! She finally gave it to me after she realized I was saving these books, not just throwing them in a pile. I still have that original copy but this is an upgrade!

I have a few that came graded when I bought them. I just hate having to send my books across the country,  and having to wait six months for them to get graded. Apparently I'm not a patient man.😂

This is a neat little subset to collect of the Warren mags. Each title came out with their own “covers” issue. Creepy 48, Vampi 19, Eerie 51 and FM 101. Just not sure why a mag called Famous Monsters decided to use Capt. Marvel, but here they are in all their glory...
