I got an update from usps that my cards were picked up from your PO Box last Monday but I don't see anything in the CGC system. How long take at least to see the submissions in the CGC system?

Are you saying it takes them a week to scan the order as received after picking it up from the post office?

The post office is in our headquarters. Once it has been "received" our receiving team has reviewed the contents of the package and it begins the verification process.
