Packaged Delivered but not Received 0

Has anybody's Package been Delivered but not Received by cgc, how long has it usually been taking for everyone?

We are running a bit slow on receiving. It can take 7-14 days get received. Once it is delivered it is safely secured at our facility until our receiving team can get to it.

I assume it may be a shorter receiving period for Walkthroughs?

Mine took about 5 business or days or so to appear in the system as Received once the post office delivered it.

Of course, since then it's just been sitting as "received." About three weeks now.

my last Sub took 10 days to be received in. turnaround times are almost guaranteed not to be met anymore. if they get any longer, people will go back to BGS/PSA and times will prob get better for a bit!

my second submission went BACKWARDS,  back to "received".  not happy
