I am prepping my first bulk submission to CGC. I know that cards only qualify for bulk, if they are valued $100 or less. My question is, I assume this is PRE graded raw value of the cards?

The declared value is your insurance value. If they were to be lost in the mail, how much would you need to replace them?

In that case it would be raw value, because thats what I would go after if I needed to replace them

If I am going to submit bulk, Standard and express, should I do them in 3 different orders and shipments?
