I also got the 2nd printing of X-Factor 10 Death of Scarlet Witch, too bad like all comic tropes she did not stay Dead. And finally Star Wars War of the bounty hunters Jabba The Hutt #1 2nd print 1st app. of Deva Lompop. So this may be a bad sign if the Wal Mart packs are no longer going to have the possibility of high ratio incentives within them. I am sure that was something which was driving up prices. I will admit that is what started me looking for these. I have been in wal mart more in the past year than I have since the late 90s when I was in college. It would be interesting to find out what company is doing the repackaging for Marvel and Wal Mart. Are they doing this for any other retailer? Anyone buying them for the high ratios doesnt know the value in these then. Ive bought lots of the wal-mart packs. The better value in these packs are the rare 2nd prints by far. I've pulled one high ratio 1:1000 out of the packs and it still isnt worth the amount of the multiple Invincible Iron Man #2 and the Shuri #2 2nd prints that I pulled. I've pulled a lot of 2nd prints worth $20-$40 as well. I'd love to know the highest value book to come out of a wal-mart pack. I opened one white letter Venom 25. You should spec on Gorr though. I think Thor God of Thunder #5 1:50 ratio is one that is gonna be valuable. Ive seen it go for cheap on ebay a few times. Its hard to find though. I dont think its in the wal-mart packs though. haha. Ive pulled some Thor books out of the wal-mart packs, but none are really worth much. It appears that they come out in batches, and it appears that after the batch they may change the sticker. This is all just working speculation, so anyone can shoot down what I am saying. I think it goes as follows. Update: As makes design sense I have moved the Light blue Thor, black panther, Dr. Strange full body icon to Gen 6 and shifted the Gray Spider-Man, Venom, Spider-Gwen, Wolverine Heads from Gen 6 to 7. Finally moving the off white hulk, Spider-Gwen, Iron Fist Heads from Gen 7 to Gen 8. This makes more sense as the stickers went from design of full body to just the Heads. I found the evidence within the 2 releases of Strange academy. Strange academy 1 first WalMart release with the Red Title came out in 05/2020 and it had the Light blue Thor, black panther, Dr. Strange full body icon. The Strange academy 1 2nd Wal Mart Print with the Blue Title Came out in 01-2021 and it has what is now the Gen 7 Sticker of Gray Spider-Man, Venom, Spider-Gwen, Wolverine Heads. I also added the Star Lord / Captain America Spider-Man fully body icons on blue backdrop as Gen 0. The only book I have found with this is Guardians of the Galaxy Dream On 04-2017 release date, no cover date & All New Wolverine 19 Also 04-2017 release date with no cover date. So making an educated guess that this was the first batch. Generation 0 ??-2018 Generation 1 12-2018 Generation 2 04-2019 Generation 3 07-2019 at the same time Generation 3 came out 07-2019 Marvel 7 for $10 repacks came out, guessing this is repacking the first two Generations Generation 4 11-2019 Generation 5 / X / Pandemic show! 01-2020 Who knew how different the world would get. Generation 6 05/2020 Generation 7 12-2020 Generation 8 02-2021 Generation 09 08-2021 An interesting side note is it appears that the 7 for 10 reappears around the same time in 07/08-2021 Generation 10 12-2021 Please correct me on stuff if I am wrong. I am thinking that there is some reference value in keeping track of this stuff. I told myself that I'd pop in and take a look. I'd only buy anything with Star Wars or Moon Knight, figuring they'd be long gone by now. The shelves were more cluttered than normal; plenty of DC 4 packs, no Marvel on the top or second shelf. Then I saw the corner of a Marvel box on the bottom shelf. I crouch down to take a look, FF 7 pack, Iron Fist 3 pack, opened FF 3 pack. Then I see, pushed all the way to the back and turned sideways a packed box of Marvel 3 packs. dzbad Posted December 10, 2021 Share Posted December 10, 2021 I opened up my Aliens 7 for 10 repack and found that the Aliens 3 pack was still sealed inside with Gen 7 label. I also got an ASM 62. Finally I got another sealed 3 pack Black Widow Widows Sting 3 Pack Gen 4. I always though the 7 for 10 were just singles. They are usually up front near the self-checkout among the baseball, Magic, Pokemon, etc cards. I have found some in the magazine section but that was at a Walmart that has not had them since. I guess the only clarification that I can give, is that it has to be a "super-walmart" or the like. That's what I've heard, although I haven't actively searched as much.
