Amazing Spider-Man #300 w/Mark Jewelers Insert

Has CGC ever graded an ASM #300 which contained the MJ insert? I can swear I've seen one or two noted on the label but it also doesn't add up. No giant sized comic has been found with the insert to date. I thought my copy, bought on the military newsstand, had the insert but have since found it doesn't. All the other GS comics I bought on the military newsstand also do not contain the insert but those before and after the issue do.

 

Is there anyway you could clear this up? I've done internet searches and can't find one. But then again, I will swear I've seen some slabs of the comic with the MJ insert noted...
